In these sessions, Chaz will address your personal concerns and design a program of yoga asanas for your personal or business needs at this time which will increase your productivity and to breathe, relax and have fun.
Meet for one or for a series of private classes to learn the skills of wellness, inner awareness and peace. Chaz will assess your needs and teach you yoga techniques that are best for you. You will practice yoga together and have time for any questions. These sessions allow you to be relaxed in a comfortable and familiar environment, without the stress of traffic or parking.
